The Town of Little Rice is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Town Clerk.  This is a part-time position.  This is not an elected position.  The Clerk is appointed by the Town Board, therefore Little Rice residency is not required.

 

Preferred qualifications include administrative experience.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Quickbooks.  Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

 

Pay is based on experience.  Some office hours are required, but scheduling is flexible.  The Town Board normally meets the second Tuesday of the month at 4:30pm.  Town Clerk attendance is required.  Some additional meetings may require the attendance of the Clerk.
